1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Series Track application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Series Track is a mobile application that allows users to discover, search, and track TV series and movies. The App provides features including browsing media content, managing a personal watchlist, viewing episode calendars, and receiving notifications about upcoming episodes.

3. Use of Third-Party Data

The App uses data provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) API. Series Track is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All media information, including titles, descriptions, images, and ratings, is sourced from TMDB and is subject to their terms and accuracy. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any media data displayed in the App.

4. User Accounts

You may sign in using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Furkan Ceylan and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All media content, including movie and TV series information, posters, and images displayed within the App, belongs to their respective owners and is provided through the TMDB API.

7. Watchlist and User Data

Your watchlist and tracking data are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances. It is your responsibility to manage your own data.

8. Notifications

The App may send push notifications regarding upcoming episodes or other media updates. You can manage notification preferences through your device settings at any time.

9. Availability and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We may release updates that change, add, or remove features. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furkan Ceylan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Furkan Ceylan from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
